Strength Development Inventory (SDI) is a time-tested and
easy-to-understand personality inventory that will help attendees
identify their personal strengths in relating to others under two
conditions: when things are going well and when they are faced with
conflict. The SDI suggests ways that one’s personal strengths may be
used to improve relationships with others and how to take a position
for effective action. This workshop is especially helpful for teams and
